Unable to Roam / Signal Present but No Data Connection

1. Data Roaming is turned off

⇒ Please check that Data Roaming is enabled in your device settings.

📱 [iPhone]

Settings > Cellular > Select your plan > Data Roaming

📱 [Android]

Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Roaming

2. Mobile Data is not set to the eSIM

⇒ Make sure your mobile data is assigned to the correct eSIM plan.

📱 Settings > Cellular (or SIM Manager) > Confirm the eSIM is selected for Mobile Data

3. APN settings are incorrect or not configured

⇒ Please ensure the specified APN information is entered correctly (especially on Android devices).

4. Other configuration profiles may interfere (iPhone)

⇒ Previously installed profiles may affect connectivity.

📱 Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > Remove any unnecessary profiles

5. 5G connection instability

(In some regions, 4G/LTE may be more stable)

⇒ Switching the network mode manually to 4G/LTE may improve connectivity.

Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data > Select “4G”

📱 [Android]

Settings > Mobile Network > Preferred Network Type > Select “LTE” or similar

How quickly can I start using the eSIM?

After purchase, a QR code will be sent to your registered email address.
It usually arrives within a few minutes.

If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us.

Emails will be sent from the @premium-esim.com domain.

Can I install the same QR code on multiple devices?

Each eSIM is linked to a unique eSIM number and can only be used once.
Therefore, it cannot be installed on multiple devices.

Additionally:

The eSIM profile can only be downloaded once.

Please ensure you install it on the correct device.

Deleting the downloaded profile will immediately disable the service.

Please take care not to delete it accidentally.

Can I use calls or SMS?

Our eSIM is data-only.

Traditional voice calls and SMS using a phone number are not supported.

However, you can make calls using VoIP apps such as LINE, Skype, WhatsApp, etc.

Where can I check my remaining data or plan validity?

You can check your remaining data by entering your ICCID on the data usage confirmation page.

You can also access the same confirmation page through the email you received after purchase.

Can I use tethering (mobile hotspot)?

Yes, tethering is available.

Please enable the tethering / hotspot function from your device settings when using it.

Note: Tethering is supported on compatible devices, but operation is not guaranteed.

Can I reissue an eSIM if I accidentally delete it?

If you have deleted the email containing your eSIM information,

we can resend it — please contact us via the inquiry form.

However:

  • If the eSIM profile has been deleted from your device after installation
  • Or if the device has been lost or damaged

Reissuing the eSIM may not be possible due to service limitations.

Due to the nature of this product, returns or refunds cannot be accepted after activation.

However, if an initial defect or an issue caused by our service is confirmed,
