eSIMを設定したのに通信できない時の確認事項

Checklist if You Cannot Connect After Setting Up Your eSIM

  1. Check if “Data Roaming” is enabled for the eSIM line
    • iPhone: Settings > Cellular > Select eSIM > Data Roaming
    • Android: Settings > Mobile Network > Select eSIM > Data Roaming
    ※ Your primary SIM (domestic line) can remain OFF.
  2. Airplane Mode
    Turning Airplane Mode ON and then OFF may restore connectivity.
  3. Restart Your Device
    Restarting your device may restore the connection.
  4. Check SIM Slot Settings (for Dual SIM devices)
    Go to Settings > Cellular (Network) and confirm that the purchased eSIM is selected.
  5. Check Mobile Data Settings for the eSIM
    For iPhone
    • Settings > Cellular > Tap the eSIM in use
    • Confirm “Turn On This Line” is enabled
    • Make sure the correct eSIM is selected for “Cellular Data”
    For Android (Pixel, Samsung, etc.)
    • Settings > Network & Internet > SIM
    • Check that the eSIM is enabled
    • Confirm mobile data is turned ON
  6. Check APN Settings
    Depending on your plan, you may need to manually configure the APN (Access Point Name).
    Please refer to your plan’s APN information and check the following:

    For iPhone
    • Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
    • Confirm the eSIM profile exists and enter APN information if required
    For Android
    • Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > Access Point Names
    • Ensure APN settings match your provider’s information
